Large kitchen, and dining room seats 10! Gas fireplace in the great room. A large sunny deck with forest views. Fast internet and plenty of parking w/ 2 car garages. Small pets are ok. Close to Downtown Truckee and access to the Tahoe Donner Amenities too.
If you want to add on the studio over the garage, with a separate entrance the rent for both spaces would be 4500.00 per month.
Studio has full bath, 2 beds, open living space with mini kitchen.
